$500 deposit covers up to 5 people. Additional guests can be aid at time of class. Includes cheesemaking, charcuterie, treats, beverages, mozzarella to take home, prizes, and complimentary wine.

Cancellation Policy
$500 deposit covers a private class for 1-5 guests. Additional guests may be paid ahead of time or on the day of the class. Up to 16 guests for classes in store. To book a private class at your own location, please arrange with BILC at time of booking. There may be a travel fee to do the class at your own location.
